Order Processing

  • Speedy Dispatch: 1 – 3 business days to hand your order to the carrier (up to 7 days in peak holiday periods).

  • You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Updating or Cancelling an Order

If you spot an address error or need to cancel, email hello@snug‑nova.com within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your parcel is likely in processing and changes may not be possible. Approved cancellations are refunded within seven business days.


Delivery Delays

Weather events, customs checks, or carrier backlogs can slow things down. While Snug Nova isn’t liable for these external delays, we’ll keep you updated and do everything we can to help.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered,” ownership transfers to the customer. If you suspect loss or theft:

  1. Contact the carrier to file a claim.

  2. Email us at hello@snug‑nova.com with your tracking and claim number.

We’ll liaise with the courier and—case‑by‑case—may offer a courtesy replacement.


Accurate Shipping Details

Please double‑check your address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address we weren’t alerted to within 24 hours are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
