Snug Nova Refund & Return Policy

At Snug Nova, we design gear that helps you travel lighter and work cable‑free. We’re confident you’ll love your 4‑in‑1 sleeve, but if it’s not the right fit, you’re covered by our 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee.

1. Cancellation Window

Need to change or cancel an order? Email hello@snug‑nova.com within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will be in processing and may already be on its way. Approved cancellations are refunded within seven business days.

2. 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

Try your sleeve for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. Still not happy? Contact us any time from Day 14 up to Day 60 after delivery for a full product refund (shipping fees are non‑refundable).

How to start a return:

  1. Email hello@snug‑nova.com or use the Contact‑Us form.

  2. Include your order number, or the name and email used at checkout, so we can speed things up.

3. Damaged on Arrival

We define “damaged” as a manufacturing defect or a product that arrives physically broken, not a dented shipping box with the sleeve still intact. If your item is damaged:

  1. Email hello@snug‑nova.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach a clear photo of the damage.

  3. Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund, your choice.

Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage after use is not covered.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship quickly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather are out of our control. Snug Nova is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier first.

5. Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within the same 24‑hour window. Orders sent to an incorrect address we weren’t notified about are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
